Quick guide to damages:

DuMey Creations, quality checks all electronic product before it is sent out to customers. This is a basic quality check, making sure that the product goes on, that the product charges, and that the product has basic function.
Upon receiving your stock:
- It is your responsibility to make sure you received what you ordered and to double check that everything is working as it should, before delivering stock to your clients. We process hundreds of orders a week, so mistakes can occur. A double check on your side is crucial and will help to alleviate comebacks.
- If the product supplied is the wrong product or if the product is received damaged (not referring to "courier damaged" product), we will exchange the product for you. If for any reason a replacement is not possible, we will provide you with a online credit.
- Damaged product here refers to manufacturing faults only...damages due to accidental- or customer- neglect do not apply and must be handled according to the agreement between you and your client. DuMey Creations will not be held liable for "customer damages".
- In the case of you receiving a product damaged, you have 3 days after receiving your stock to submit any "damage requests". Requests can be send to 0724370698. After you logged this "damaged request", you then have 7 days in which to supply the "damaged product" back to DuMey Creations for a exchange. The new exchanged product, will be supplied.
- All product returned to DuMey Creations, needs to be in the original packing.
Seeing that we supply resellers directly with stock at discounted prices, we are not legible to:
- Collect "refund or exchange" product directly from you. All "refund or exchange" product should be provided back to us directly before a refund or exchange will occur. Exchanged product can be collected from us once confirmed or will be send to you with your next order.
- Collect "refund or exchange" product directly from your customers. This process is between you and your clients and should be covered in your own terms and conditions.
As a reseller, DuMey Creations provide a service to you. DuMey Creations will under no circumstances engage with any of your customers directly. Make 100% sure to cover necessary points of attention in your own terms and conditions.
Weekly orders are consolidated every Wednesday, 20:30. Consolidated orders are seen as final and can't be cancelled or changed after the consolidation period.
DuMey Creations can't be held accountable for orders your own client canceled. After you purchased the stock, it is your property and responsibility. Make sure to cover this process in your own terms and conditions.
All electronical product with a purchase price of R250 or more, has a 30 day warranty from the day of purchase. If a product stops working or experience any issues due to manufacturing problems within this 30 days, you need to submit a "damage requests" with 0724370698. After you logged this "damaged request", you then have 7 days in which to supply the "damaged product" back to DuMey Creations for a exchange. The new exchanged product, will be supplied. Again...this warranty only applies to electronical product with a purchase price of R250 or more, and only to manufacturing faults and not to customer damaged product.
