The bigger picture
How trading with DMC actually works
You don't need to hold stock. You advertise, take orders, and place them with us at your reseller pricing — we handle the sourcing, packing, and getting it to your customer. Here's the full route, start to finish.
Step 01
Advertise
Share products on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or your MiniShop — using our pre-made ad images, or ones you build yourself from product pages or bulk orders.
Step 02
Take orders
Talk to your customer, confirm what they want, and agree on your price and your terms (see step 5) so expectations are clear from the start.
Step 03
Place on site
Add the items to your cart on dmcwholesale.co.za at your reseller pricing, or log the sale through the invoice tool.
Step 04
Check the info page
Before checkout, the product's info page shows shipping size and delivery options — so you know costs and timing before you commit.
Step 05
Checkout
Complete payment through the site to confirm your order is in for that week's run.
Step 06
Sunday 17:00 cut-off
All orders placed before Sunday at 17:00 are consolidated together for that week's pick and pack.
Step 07
Pick & pack
Monday – Tuesday, your order gets pulled and packed at our warehouse, ready to go.
Step 08
Ship or collect
Tuesday – Thursday, your order goes out for delivery or is ready for collection, depending on what you and your customer chose.
