Item value equal to, or less than R499: Report and return within 7 days in original packaging.
Value great R500: Report and return within 30 days in original packaging.

Returns are not collected by us; items must be returned directly to us in original packaging and sellable condition. Neglected products or packaging won’t be accepted.

Replacements, if available, will be included in your next order. Otherwise, a credit will be issued. Shipping costs for replacements are your responsibility.

Customer cancellations or wrongfully ordered item are your responsibility. Once purchased, stock belongs to you.
